Three Steps to Automated Customer Support

Step 1: Create Your Account and Connect Your Pages
Go to hibee.bd/register and create your free account. No credit card required.
Once inside, the onboarding wizard guides you through connecting your channels:
- Facebook Page: Authorize HiBee through Facebook's standard OAuth flow. Takes 60 seconds.
- Instagram: Connect your Instagram Business account (must be linked to a Facebook Page).
- WhatsApp Business: Available on Business plan and above. Connect via WhatsApp Business API.
- Telegram: Create a bot via @BotFather on Telegram, paste the token into HiBee. Done.
- Website Widget: Copy a single line of code and paste it into your website's header.
Step 2: Import Your Product Catalog
This is where HiBee's AI learns about your business. You have three options:
- WooCommerce: Enter your store URL and API key. HiBee auto-imports everything.
- Shopify: Connect your Shopify store and sync with one click.
- CSV Upload: Download HiBee's CSV template, fill in your products, and upload. Works for any business type.
The AI processes your catalog immediately. Within minutes, it knows every product name, price, size, color, and description.
Step 3: Go Live
Toggle AI mode ON in your HiBee dashboard. That's it. Your AI is now live, answering customer questions 24/7 across every connected channel.
You can start in Smart Suggest Mode (AI drafts replies, you approve) if you'd prefer to review before going fully automated. Switch to Auto Mode when you're confident.
